The Diabolical Dr. Beansworth (Global Game Jam 2024)

The sinister villain Dr Beansworth has escaped prison and has reunited with his trusty bean gun.  The cops are trying to send him back to prison and it's your job to stop them. 

In this top-down shooter, the player must attempt to survive as many waves as possible blasting baked beans at cops trying to get them. Baked beans fuel Dr Beansworth. they act as both the player's health and ammo so players must use precision and caution when engaging with enemies.

Dr. Beansworth takes great pleasure in fighting the law. Kills will make him laugh and give him a passive buff. If his amusement falls below 50% his buff will be removed and he will start passively losing beans until he defeats more enemies.
